Best Buddies Dog Boutique and Bakery was located in a tourist destination. Almost 80% of the clientelle was from out of town.

As a way to increase traffic, I created partnerships with nearby pet-friendly hotels to provide them, free of charge, with these Travel Kits in the shape of suitcases with custom artwork. They were packed full of essential products, such as a dog bowl, premium pet food, treats, seasonal toys and coupons for other products and services. We coded these coupons so we could track their success rate. These kits were given to all hotel guests that arrived with dogs. We kept track of how many kits were distributed and to which hotels and the refferal rate was about 90%.

We also partnered with our vendors to provide the products inside free of charge, We only packaged them and distributed the kits.
